Gary Yow’s journey began in the building materials industry, where he cultivated a foundational understanding of the field.

Transitioning to real estate, he excelled as a Real Estate Negotiator, specializing in commercial properties and later co-founding Cherished Empire Sdn Bhd, providing tailored services for property developers. With over 18 years in real estate, he founded Privilege Real Estate Sdn Bhd, catering to diverse clients in commercial and industrial properties.

With entrepreneurial enthusiasm, he founded Showcase Properties Sdn Bhd under Malaysia’s Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents (BOVAEA) in September 2019, focusing on property developer projects.

His vision extends to Letz Group Sdn Bhd, a digital platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses for comprehensive solutions, a venture he undertook with three partners and legal counsel.
